A pure green field across the whole screen. Green is the channel your eye judges brightness by, which makes it the most revealing of the three primaries for uneven panels, and the most useful for spotting a failed sub-pixel.

What is a green screen test used for?

To drive only the green sub-pixels, which reveals a failed green sub-pixel as a dark dot and makes panel unevenness easier to see. Green carries most of the brightness information your eye uses, so blotches and banding stand out more here than on red or blue.

Can I use this as a chroma key green screen?

Only roughly. A television panel is not evenly lit enough for clean keying, and the green it produces is not the standard studio green. For a quick test or a casual background it is fine; for real work use a proper cloth or paper backdrop.

Why does my screen look blotchy on green?

Solid fields expose panel unevenness that mixed content hides, and green shows it most. Mild blotchiness is common on LCDs. If it is strong, or you can also see it during a football match, the uniformity test will confirm how serious it is.
